Chateau Group and Fortune International Group’s The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach was envisioned to elevate oceanfront living by uniting design, amenities and oceanfront opportunity to meet the desires of global buyers keen to capitalize on South Florida. The condominiums and penthouses represent a new benchmark in luxury coastal living. Spanning 4.7 acres and with 435 feet of oceanfront, the property provides the most oceanfront access of any high-end project currently being developed in South Florida. Such scale allowed the developer to maximize the two towers, designed by Arquitectonica to invoke the curvature of the Earth. Interiors by Patricia Anastassiadis and landscapes by EDSA reflect a similar ethos. Sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway meld with classic St. Regis sophistication and a contemporary edge. More than 70,000 square feet of amenities deliver a private resort experience. It will feature South Florida’s longest infinity-edge-style pool, oceanfront wellness and fitness facilities, and a forthcoming signature oceanfront restaurant, open to the public and helmed by a world-class chef. Legendary St. Regis butler service and tailored programming ensure each day feels extraordinary. Sales momentum underscores demand, including a record-breaking $55 million South Tower penthouse. Residents range from two to five bedrooms and 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, with Sky Villas topping 10,000 square feet. A sell-out of both towers is expected to be near $3 billion.

The Nora Hotel is the first vertical development in the master-planned Nora District of West Palm Beach. The hospitality, retail and wellness hub will feature new buildings and reused historic warehouses, and create streetscape beautification with infrastructure upgrades that connect pedestrians to the public space. The hotel will total more than 215,000 square feet over five stories, with 201 guest rooms and a parking garage. The Mediterranean-inspired design represents a departure from the more common modern andcontemporary styles found in many newly developed neighborhoods. The hotel’s arched passageways, intricate wrought iron accents and colorful tilework capture the essence of the Spanish style, while modern amenities provide the comforts and conveniences today’s travelers expect. The ground level will feature the Parisian-style restaurant Pastis by Stephen Starr. It also will have a 5,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a living room, lobby bar and outdoor garden. Other amenities include a rooftop pool deck complete with a restaurant, two bars, lounge area and poolside cabanas managed by Starr Restaurants. The terrace and pool area will include fountains and foliage. The hotel’s unique combination of Spanish-inspired architecture, modern amenities and community-oriented features will attract the attention of visitors and residents alike. One challenge of the project is the extensive coordination required among multiple teams, with the hotel team leading efforts on the streetscape. It is also working closely with the city on various aspects of planning, such as reducing car traffic in the district, maintaining green spaces and landscaping, and incorporating public art.
