Perched atop a sculptural tower, the Sky Villas represent an exclusive collaboration with Fendi Casa demonstrating the pinnacle of design through a seamless blend of fashion, craftsmanship, and elevated living. Spanning the top floors, each Sky Villa features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private library, and expansive wraparound terraces offering panoramic views of downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay. Interiors are fully furnished with pieces from the Fendi Casa collection, showcasing bold Italian design through jewel-toned accents, geometric silhouettes and meticulous materiality. Signature elements, such as the Matrice bookcase and Metropolis coffee table, echo the grandeur of Fendi’s Roman heritage. From hand-stitched finishes and spa-like soaking tubs to private outdoor pools in select residences, every detail has been curated to deliver an immersive living experience that fuses timeless elegance with modern sophistication, offering residents a refined sanctuary suspended above the city.
