Developer Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group, is expanding the luxury residential offering at JEM Private Residences with the launch of two new Sky Villas featuring interiors by FENDI Casa. The release follows the sellout of earlier Sky Villas, including a record-breaking $9 million transaction and an $8 million international purchase by a Korean buyer. The sales rank among the highest achieved within the tower and reinforces demand for branded, design-forward residences in Downtown Miami.
Each Sky Villa is designed as a large-format private residence within the tower, emphasizing open layouts and seamless indoor outdoor living. The homes include four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, expansive wraparound balconies, and panoramic views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. Naftali Group worked directly with FENDI Casa to create fully curated interiors, positioning the residences as limited edition designer homes rather than traditional condominium units.
The tower was designed by Arquitectonica, whose glass-forward high-rise designs have shaped much of Miami’s modern skyline.
