The foundation pour has been completed for JEM Private Residences, a 67-story residential tower under construction at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. Overseen by Coastal Construction, the operation began at 9:00 p.m. on May 30 and spanned approximately 18 continuous hours, requiring 8,400 cubic yards of concrete delivered via 840 truckloads. The milestone marks a key step in the vertical progress of one of the most prominent residential developments within Miami World center.

“The foundation pour marks a pivotal moment not only for JEM Private Residences Miami but for the continued momentum of Miami Worldcenter,” said Miki Naftali, Chairman and CEO of Naftali Group. “As one of the first residential towers to reach this milestone in the lifestyle destination this year, JEM is ushering both Downtown Miami and Miami World center’s high caliber of luxury living one step closer to becoming a reality. We’re proud to work with Coastal Construction to bring this project to life and continue the growth of this extraordinary area, which we are confident will represent a sophisticated urban oasis unlike any other.”

Rising over 700 feet, JEM Private Residences will comprise 278 condominium units beginning on the 43rd floor, featuring wraparound terraces and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline.
