A foundation pour is moving closer at the 67-story JEM Private Residences site, new photos by mia_on_the_bay show. The JEM tower is planned to rise about 700 feet at Miami Worldcenter. It will include 786 residential units, of which 259 will be condos. Condo owners will have a separate entrance from the remainder of the residential units.
